Often the fur is pretty thin, sometimes a bit curly. 
Therefore, the dog seems to be overbuilt at the base of the tail.
Thin out the coat against the flow of hair with the double-bladed scissor, 
try to retain the top-layer of fur.
Always trim it several times in a row, brush out the cut hair until the result 
is satisfying.
